Shipping Policy

At Cool Trends we offer worldwide shipping via ePacket. Please allow 1 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything we can to get your order to your door as soon as possible. When your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 6 weeks. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery.

At Cool Trends we work with international vendors who supply the coolest trending products, some of the products are shipped directly from these vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all of our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery is not guaranteed.

For back-ordered items:

If your order contains a backordered item, we will ship the item when it becomes  available. So if your ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only part of your order rest assured, the balance of your order is on route. 

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking ID number and a link to track your package. To track your package, visit our track your order page, located on the Cool Trends homepage. If there are any issues with the track your order page you can also track her order Please allow 1 to 4 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.


By placing an order on Cool Trends, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back Cool Trends. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost or stolen items:

Cool Trends is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier based on the information provided to you on our Track Your Order Page.
