COVID-19 Prevention Tips
Avoid close contact with people
We recommend staying at home for the next 14 days but if you must go outside avoid contact with other people. Practice social distancing by staying at least 6 feet away from others in public.
Avoid touching your face
During this time is it important to keep your hands away from your face. This is one of the ways the virus is passed. We recommend keeping a small bottle of hand sanitizer with you and use it throughout the day.
Wash your hands often with soap
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use hand sanitizer with 60% alcohol before touching your face or before eating. Make sure to rub in the sanitizer until your hands are completely dry while reaching the entire surface of your hands.
Clean and disinfect objects you touch
You should make sure to disinfect items you come in contact throughout the day. Most importantly, your phone and computer.
Stay home if you’re feeling sick
We recommend staying at home until the spread of the virus slows down. The government is suggesting a 14 day guarantee to minimize the spread of the virus.
